Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance, construction, and renovations.
• Plan and control plant operations and equipment maintenance.
• Review and implement new programs, services, and procedures.
• Coordinate with COR, staff, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Monitor workflow to ensure on-time completion and compliance with standards.
