Job summary

SP+ in Las Vegas, a Metropolis company, leads checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, drive client relationships, manage budgets, and coordinate a diverse workforce to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes revenue optimization, safety, and compliance while leading a team of attendants, cashiers, bookkeepers, and maintenance staff to uphold SP+ standards of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to understand and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel or Google Documents/Spreadsheets.
• Ability to learn internal computer programs.
• Prior experience budgeting and reviewing P&L is a plus.
• Parking management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier customer service to clients.
• Hire, train, and develop frontline staff with the necessary tools for success.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and expense reviews.
• Ensure proper parking, security and cash control procedures; participate in audits.
• Prepare daily deposits and monitor cash receipts; watch for theft/inefficiencies.
• Manage the operation's budget and propose actions to meet or exceed budget.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Oversee accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Hire, develop, and supervise staff to deliver superior service.
• Ensure proactive client communication and address requests and issues.
• Monitor facility cleanliness and aesthetics; recommend improvements.
• Assist in revenue optimization through rate studies and marketing plans.
• Monitor safety and risk; ensure OSHA policy compliance.
