Qualifications

• 2+ years managing services and support in a facility/office environment.
• Experience monitoring the quality of services provided by other contracts and providing feedback to the client.
• Ability to work in a dynamic office environment and collaborate within a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities-related projects and services (parking, events, travel, security monitor scheduling, custodial, and other operations).
• Deliver responsive customer service by addressing facilities inquiries and issues.
• Arrange deliveries of specialized equipment and coordinate cleanings and security monitors as needed.
• Provide project management assistance for special projects and large events.
• Support logistics by receiving, validating, and maintaining invoice records and project files.
