Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Facilities Services Manager to support a client by coordinating a wide range of facilities-related projects and services, including parking, events, travel, and security scheduling. You will deliver responsive customer service and assist with project management for large-scale events and other service initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in facilities support, strong teamwork, and the ability to communicate with leadership.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing services and support.
Experience monitoring the quality of services provided by other contracts and providing feedback to the client.
Ability to work in a dynamic office environment and collaborate within a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership.
HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Coordinate facilities-related projects and services, including parking, events, travel, security monitor scheduling, custodial services, and other initiatives.
Deliver responsive customer service by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
Provide project management assistance for special projects and events; support logistics and invoice records.
Receive, validate, and maintain documentation for invoices and related project records.
