Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to provide review, coordination, and oversight for operations, maintenance, repair, and construction programs in a complex facilities environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years facilities experience.
• Experience with design documents and ensuring compliance with codes.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and draft memos.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required or candidates must be eligible.
• Familiarity with MAXIMO, AutoCAD or Revit is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical engineering review and oversight for operations, maintenance, repair, and construction work.
• Coordinate activities with trade shops and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Direct project design, construction efforts, and contractor performance.
• Assist CO/COTR with acquisition planning, site visits, and payments.
• Ensure data input into MAXIMO and integration of building systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

5+ years facilities experience

2+ years in mechanical systems or construction

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Security clearance readiness
