Caterpillar Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Facilities Mechanical Engineer to lead complex capital projects across North America and beyond. You will act as a technical expert and project lead, driving planning, design, and construction for manufacturing, distribution, and office facilities.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and diverse teams, define standards, and mentor others while traveling up to 50% as needed to deliver flagship projects globally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• PE license or similar professional credential is preferred.
• 10+ years of facilities engineering, construction, or project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex facilities capital projects from concept through occupancy.
• Direct all phases of project delivery including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Establish project scope, budgets, schedules, risk plans, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Real Estate, EHS, Purchasing, Maintenance, and leadership.
• Promote safety, quality, sustainability, and financial stewardship across projects.
