Qualifications

• Plant facilities management knowledge for maintaining and improving physical facilities and infrastructure.
• Construction engineering knowledge applied to design and production in manufacturing environments.
• Engineering knowledge to design and realize safe, efficient manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing standards, procedures and policies for compliant operations.
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical problems in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address organizational, operational, or process issues.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
• Solid understanding of project management to plan, organize and control projects.

Responsibilities

• Create technical specifications and functional requirements for facilities projects.
• Estimate costs for equipment, materials, and installation to assess feasibility and ROI.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, cost reduction, and ergonomics standards in work.
• Review and approve proposals, provide design information, and act as primary contact.
• Supervise outside contractors and coordinate cross-discipline work to complete projects.
