Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Mechanic III to maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in our Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center.

You will work on conveyors, sorters, automation, and building equipment, applying advanced diagnostic skills and leading peers in problem-solving. The role requires 5–8 years’ relevant experience, strong PLC/VFD knowledge, and a commitment to TPM and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience maintaining mechanical and electrical systems, including conveyor or sortation systems, in a production environment.
• At least two years of team leadership or mentoring experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus relevant industrial mechanic training, certification, or equivalent military technical training.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and VFD systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for on-call coverage, days or nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor, sorter, automation, powered industrial truck, and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and reduce repeat issues.
• Diagnose electrical and controls issues, including PLCs and VFDs, and service AC/DC systems up to 480V as authorized.
• Coordinate equipment installations, repairs, and construction work with internal teams and outside vendors.
• Document work, parts, and repair details in CMMS; interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Support continuous improvement and TPM activities, promote safe and organized work areas, and mentor maintenance team members.
