Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform basic maintenance and repairs on conveyors, PIT equipment, and building systems at the Piney Flats, TN fulfillment center.

The role requires a basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and participation in 5S and facility cleaning activities. Onsite, you will report to the Maintenance Area Manager and work a 7:00am–7:30pm 12-hour rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience as an industrial mechanic.
• Knowledge of electrical controls, conveyors, drives, shafts, bearings, and hand tools.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and 70 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility repairs to maintain safe, operational building systems.
• Maintain equipment maintenance, including planned and unplanned repairs and preventative maintenance on production-related equipment.
• Identify and report potential issues to team leaders to resolve before impacting operations.
