Job summary

Apple Inc. in Culver City, CA seeks an experienced facilities professional to oversee maintenance for Apple retail stores in the AMR West region.

You will partner with vendors, manage budgets, and guide contractors through store turnovers to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities include on-site reviews, cost-effective maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with Design and Development teams to improve building functionality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction or facilities management for retail stores and/or critical environments.
• Deep expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and executing technical services.
• Excellent communication and leadership across organization levels.
• Experience building relationships with facility operations teams, utility companies, government agencies, architectural/design firms, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Store operations and service delivery: on-site reviews of facilities issues.
• Vendor and contractor management with cost-effective maintenance and emergency response.
• Project and program oversight through turnovers and cross-functional feedback.
• Budget and financial management including OpEx/CapEx budgets and SOWs negotiating.
• Maintain retail environments using electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and landscaping systems.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Development and Design teams on building functionality.
