Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Able to travel 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify energy-saving opportunities with field and energy teams, operations, and other partners.
• Foster engagement among field teams through clear communication and collaboration.
• Manage and achieve expense targets within payroll and non-payroll accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with store, division, regional, and central teams.
• Coach and mentor hourly colleagues for career development.
• Oversee work order system and service requests to ensure efficiency.
• Analyze PM performance to improve technician productivity.
• Ensure repairs and PM tasks are efficiently managed.
• Coordinate approved projects within location or division with other store leaders.
• Respond to trouble calls following facility management procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Develop relationships with third-party vendors (housekeeping, landscaping, vertical transport).
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an inclusive environment and authentic connections with colleagues and customers.
