Job summary

Apple Autos is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations across our facility. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and grounds, contributing to a well-maintained dealership environment.

The role requires hands-on experience in facility maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, with strong troubleshooting and communication abilities to coordinate with the facilities team and managers.

Qualifications

Experience in facility maintenance and knowledge of building systems.
Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or on a team.
Able to communicate with managers to accomplish tasks.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and perform repairs.
Perform maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and resolve issues timely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
Adhere to safety policies for a safe work environment.
Conduct regular boiler inspections and maintenance.
Support the Facilities Manager with other duties.
Snow removal and salt application as needed.
