TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Senior Manager to provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring optimal use of the company's facilities for projects. The role emphasizes on-site management, maintenance oversight, and delivering high-quality services to clients.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with subcontractors, and act as the primary technical expert for on-site customer interactions. Strong leadership, communication, and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Proven management experience with large building projects in MEP environments.
• Experience as Facilities Senior Manager or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor team members to exceed targets and ensure policy adherence.
• Serve as on-site technical expert and liaison for customer interactions.
• Plan and oversee service delivery and training of staff and contractors.
• Respond to facility service work orders and monitor major repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure shifts coverage and contract compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with safety and emergency crews.
• Conduct monthly safety and quality walkthroughs and safety meetings.
