Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or related field is a plus.
• Current universal refrigeration license and/or other trade licenses as required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management and HVAC.
• Demonstrated track record as a Facilities Supervisor or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a working supervisor for assigned personnel, providing guidance on daily tasks and scheduling.
• Leads on-site project direction and may be the customer contact.
• Plans and supervises service delivery, provides hands-on support and training to staff and contractors.
• Responds to emergency calls with safety and property protection in mind.
• Keeps safety, health, and environmental records and ensures PPE usage.
• Performs regular safety walkthroughs and coordinates with Site Safety Technician.
• Reads and interprets compliance requirements, blueprints, and manuals to standardize work.
• Covers defined shifts and performs maintenance and operational duties to ensure contract compliance.
