Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3 years of Facilities experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications and related costs.
• Experience coordinating contractors and managing teams across facilities functions.

Responsibilities

• Manages the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
• Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates for equipment, labor, materials, and related costs.
• Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.
• Oversees coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facilities expansion.
• Establishes and oversees health and safety standards, as applicable.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient and effective operation of the function.
• Ensures corrective and preventative maintenance occur in a timely fashion and that work orders are recorded in CMMS.
• Coordinates contractors to complete projects and tasks as necessary.
