Job summary

Hughston Clinic in Columbus, GA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Leader to oversee day-to-day building, equipment, and EVS operations. Qualifications

Trade or Vocational School Diploma is preferred.
Valid Driver's License may be required.
Ability to read/interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.
Numerical calculations skills are required.

Responsibilities

Meet with the System Director Facilities daily to discuss needs and assignments.
Complete demand work requests and preventive maintenance tasks promptly.
Perform terminal cleans of Operating Rooms and routine cleaning of Surgical Center areas.
Coordinate maintenance with leadership to meet EVS and clinic needs.
Inspect buildings for functionality and plan repairs.
Manage Landscaping contracts and Environmental Services for the location.
Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
Reconfigure modular offices and space as needed for user needs.
