Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in maintenance or similar field.
• Experience in healthcare maintenance field is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade/vocational diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with System Director Facilities daily to discuss needs and assignments.
• Complete all demand work requests and preventive maintenance on time.
• Clean Surgical Center support areas and perform terminal cleans of operating rooms daily.
• Oversee landscaping and environmental services for the location.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and masonry tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CMS, State Health Dept. and related agencies.
