Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities/plant operations leadership.
• Experience managing budgets and capital projects.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, utilities) and issue resolution.
• Manage budgets, capital planning, forecasting, and variances.
• Lead facilities staff and vendor management.
• Drive preventive maintenance and CMMS improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
