Job summary

The Building People is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations & Management leader to guide O&M across multiple sites. You will provide technical direction, review plans, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving innovation in work processes.

Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating with project managers, and leading training programs to maintain high performance in complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive related experience in Infrastructure Operations and Management.
• Substantial experience in the maintenance and operation of a highly technical facility such as hospital, research facility, data center or similar.
• Experience managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the O&M support for all contracts and continuous operation of all building systems.
• Provide functional guidance and technical direction to teams.
• Ensure compliance with MEP, FLS, VTE and OSHA through engagement with Program/Project Managers.
• Supervise and manage engineers and maintenance staff.
• Create and update preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance procedures.
• Develop and implement SOPs, MOPs across contracts.
• Lead O&M budget and participate in budget processes.
• Coordinate with Safety and Occupational Health Manager.
• Lead technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
