The Facilities Manager provides operational leadership for Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Grounds, ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, and fully operational. This role oversees day-to-day facilities operations, budgeting, maintenance programs, and vendor management while driving efficiency, quality, and cost-effective performance.

High School or better in General Studies or related field.
Bachelors or better in Construction Management Services or related field.
Strong communication, organizational, time-management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative and effectiveness when working independently
Excellent written communication (scopes, updates, documentation) and professional vendor/customer communication
Proficiency with computer systems and software, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, CMMS), and internet-based tools
5 years: Facilities/plant operations leadership
5 years: Supervisory experience
Demonstrated ownership of budgets and capital projects with documented cost controls and forecasting discipline
Proven track record building/using a CMMS/work management system and enforcing documentation standards
Strong working knowledge of safety/regulatory/accreditation expectations relevant to healthcare environments (survey readiness mindset)
Must be 21 years or older
CPR/First Aid certification required; may be obtained upon hire
Project Management training/certification (PMP/CAPM/Lean/Six Sigma)
Healthcare/behavioral health/regulated residential environment
Criminal Background Check
Driver's License
MVR Clearance
Annual TB Clearance
Drug & Alcohol Testing
