Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead a facility management team across assigned properties. You will ensure regulatory compliance, deliver superior client service, and manage budgets while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and safety across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 8–10 years of facility management experience
• Proven internal and external customer service record
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of standard commercial real estate and accounting practices
• Willingness to utilize AI tools and technologies in daily work

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cohesive facility management team
• Oversee staff performance and outcomes
• Collaborate across Engineering, Transactions, Projects and Planning
• Provide client-facing leadership and account management
• Deliver financial planning and property budget management
• Ensure facilities meet safety, energy, and compliance standards
• Interface with landlords and third-party owners
• Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and new tools
