Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee plant operations in a remote, matrixed environment. You will lead a facilities team, partner with operations stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive maintenance, projects, and building system performance.

Success will be measured by financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and KPI/SLA performance. Strong communication, presentation, and MS Office/SharePoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management or plant operations.
• Proven managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills in matrixed environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• Experience with CMMS/Work Order systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the plant operations team
• Ensure compliance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA)
• Be accountable for financial performance related to operational facilities spend
• Track trends and recommend action plans for KPI/SLA performance
• Provide oversight in maintenance, projects, and vendor activities
• Ensure staff training in facility maintenance practices
• Maintain building systems in accordance with regulatory requirements

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.
This role will oversee plant operations across a matrixed environment, with responsibility for team leadership, service delivery, and the day-to-day performance of critical facilities functions. The position will partner closely with operations stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure maintenance work, projects, and building systems are managed effectively. Success in this role will be measured by strong financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and consistent KPI and SLA performance.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 annually
