Role and Responsibilities

Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Senior Manager of Facilities overseeing the airport location MSP to direct the running of our facilities and create a safe and efficient work environment that improves business performance and optimizes staff productivity. Responsibilities include directing facilities functions, implementing policies and safety procedures, engaging with vendors and contractors, minimizing hazards, preparing facilities budgets, monitoring expenditure, designing workstations, coordinating remodeling and refurbishment, testing equipment, forecasting space needs, ensuring compliance with laws, coordinating relocations, and negotiating leases. Your skills will help create integrated spaces, minimize disruptions, improve working conditions, and ensure safety for staff and clients.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, broad knowledge of business functions, and project management experience. Must understand technical aspects of property, support daily operations, mitigate risks, and meet the needs of clients and staff. Oversee a team of technicians. Previous airport experience is required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in facilities management, engineering, or property management.
• Experience with Corrigo or equivalent CMMS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of regulations and laws.
• Multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Highly organized and good negotiating skills.

Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
