Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager for our client in Fishers, Indiana. You will oversee day-to-day facility services and lead strategic maintenance and space management initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in facilities management, oversight of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety, plus vendor management and budgeting experience. This role reports into the Facilities Management department with a strong leadership focus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of facilities management or operations experience, preferably multi-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facility services to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Support implementation of strategic plans for maintenance, space management, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, and Safety to meet infrastructure needs and regulatory standards.
• Maintain documentation and reporting on facility operations, incidents, and continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $105,000 - $180,000

What's the Job?

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all facility services to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as IT, Security, and Safety to meet infrastructure needs and regulatory standards.
• Maintain documentation and reporting on facility operations, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• 5–8 years of experience in facilities management or operations, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Proven ability to manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
• Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of local building codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental health standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
