Job summary

Geisinger Marworth Treatment Center seeks a General Maintenance III to perform routine equipment room checks and preventive maintenance across a 136-acre campus. You will handle repairs, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with on-call trades as needed.

You will monitor air handling equipment, pumps, water systems, and perform inspections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in outpatient and public areas, ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years skilled labor experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to repair requests and alarms on building systems.
• Makes adjustments or repairs and notifies supervisor or on-call tradesperson as required.
• Provides first response to maintenance situations or conditions.
• Inspects air handling equipment, pumps and water systems throughout the building complex.
• Performs routine inspections of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems in various areas.
