Requirements include 5+ years in facilities maintenance, EPA HVAC certification, electrical troubleshooting across multiple voltages, and CMMS experience (Corrigo preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial or industrial facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC experience with EPA Universal Certification and HVAC certification.
• Electrical troubleshooting across 120V, 208V, 277V and 480V systems.
• Experience using CMMS/work order systems (Corrigo preferred).
• Experience with mechanical systems, plumbing, boilers, pumps and leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical building systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical equipment including pumps, valves, piping, filters, and related infrastructure.
• Manage and complete work orders through the CMMS system (Corrigo), ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance records.
• Oversee contractors, coordinate repairs, maintain inventory levels, and support building compliance and safety programs.
• Provide technical leadership, training, and guidance to maintenance staff while helping drive maximum building uptime and reliability.

Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation solutions, is seeking a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician Team supporting campus operations, building maintenance, and critical infrastructure systems . The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: El paso, TX

Pay Range: $30/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical building systems.
