Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an HVAC Service Technician for a leading commercial and industrial HVAC services company serving the Phoenix area. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure work is completed safely and to high standards.

Candidates must have valid EPA Certification, 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Our client, a leading commercial and industrial HVAC services company, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting commercial and industrial customers across the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, reliability, and a customer-first mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $35 hr. - $42 hr. depending on experience

What’s the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.

What’s Needed?

• Valid EPA Certification.
• 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR screening.
• Chiller experience is a plus. Military Veterans are encouraged to apply!
