- Must hold required licenses for Electrician, Plumbing, HVAC and carpentry/painting.
- Safety training and annual compliance required.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to internal and external customers.
- Perform skilled-maintenance duties including grounds, asphalt, fences, and light carpentry.
- Plan and complete projects; operate college vehicles; ensure safety and compliance.
