Community College of Allegheny County is seeking a Sr. Skilled Maintenance Worker to support the physical plant across CCAC campuses. The role involves electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping tasks, with safety training and licensure required.

The position is full-time, in-person at the Main Campus, with standard hours Monday–Friday and occasional evenings/weekends. A valid driver’s license and applicable trade certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with vocational training or apprenticeship as required by trade.
• Must maintain applicable trade licensure and safety trainings.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform skilled-maintenance duties in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and landscaping.
• Plan, install and repair campus systems; complete projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with regulations.
