Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience as SG-18+ or higher in facilities ops with direct supervision of four or more employees.
• Six (6) years permanent experience at SG-14+ with supervision of six or more employees or on three large projects.
• Associate’s degree or higher with eight (8) years in charge of operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinate maintenance staff by establishing work priorities and schedules.
• Oversee contractors to ensure conformance to contract plans and specifications.
• Develop SOPs and manage annual budget and assigned funding.
• Maintain a work order program including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate hiring, counseling, and personnel matters with State HR.
