Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire is required.
• Mechanical Contractor License or equivalent in the state of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations.
• Evaluate equipment needs and energy use to optimize performance.
• Develop SOPs and preventive maintenance programs for facilities.
• Oversee regional field operations, budget planning, and vendor coordination.
• Mentor associates, set performance expectations, and promote a culture of belonging.
