Akima Facilities Operations (AFO) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee on-site activities in Jolon, California. The role involves coordinating operational strategies, reporting, and policy development to align with business priorities and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring 10 years in facilities operations or related fields, with 6 years in leadership. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential; US citizenship is required to obtain NAC for CAC.

Qualifications

Requires 10 years in facilities ops, logistics, or maintenance.
6 of the 10 years must be in a supervisory or management role.
Knowledge of GCSS-A, LOGSA, and FEDLOG.
Knowledge of LIW and related applications.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and proper email etiquette.
Ability to supervise and motivate subordinates to meet objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
US Citizenship required to obtain NAC and CAC.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
