• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and proper email etiquette.
• Ability to supervise and motivate subordinates to attain objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a US Citizen to obtain a NAC for CAC.

Akima Facilities Operations (AFO) is looking for an operations Manager to work in Jolon, California.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates operational strategies. Reviews, analyzes, and prepares reports, records, and data required for plan activities. Develops and implements policies, practices, procedures, and operating goals. Approves and allocates resources based on business priorities. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Performs complex tasks typically following established processes. Understands, leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified calendars, budgets, strategic plans, or policies.

Minimum Education Required

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Pay Range

$95,000-$105,000
