Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on facilities management experience.

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance and trade staff and supervise contractors.
• Oversee daily maintenance of building systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Direct minor construction, space planning, and capital improvement projects.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and source equipment or supplies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and safety regulations.
