Job summary

Supreme Dumpling and Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya, a Seattle-based restaurant group, seeks an experienced Construction Manager to own site delivery from due diligence through opening. You will collaborate with leadership, landlords, architects, engineers, GC’s, vendors, and operations to keep projects on schedule and within budget, opening environments to Supreme Dumplings and Kizuki standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to read architectural, MEP and kitchen drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes and permitting processes.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership during site due diligence and early planning.
• Develop scopes, budgets and master schedules for new locations.
• Manage design development to reflect brand standards and equipment needs.
• Oversee permitting with design teams.
• Lead GC and vendor sourcing, bids, and contract awards.
• Track schedules, budgets and issue cost reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate punch lists, turnover and opening preparations.
