Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an Authentication Compliance Enablement Partner in Phoenix to lead training, quality, and compliance for High Risk Authentication. You will standardize decisions with calibration, coaching, and audits across sites while partnering with leadership and operations to drive accuracy and risk mitigation.

You will build frameworks, govern materials, and present trends to senior leadership, leveraging data to identify gaps and implement targeted retraining plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development or training in production/retail/luxury/resale.
• 5+ years of people leadership in training, quality, or compliance.
• Experience building scalable onboarding, certification, and refresher programs.
• Experience designing SOPs, guides, knowledge checks, and coaching tools.
• Strong learning Principles, instructional design, and evaluation skills.
• Analytical skills with reports, dashboards using Excel/Looker/LMS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Authentication Compliance and Training strategy and governance.
• Build and maintain a quality framework; diagnose defects and coach for improvement.
• Establish consistent authentication standards and calibration processes across sites.
• Identify trends and implement targeted coaching or retraining plans.
• Support reporting on authentication accuracy, QC results, and trends.
• Design brand/category audits to identify risks and knowledge gaps.
• Align with cross-functional teams on standards, escalations, and risk mitigation.
• Govern training materials, guides, brand updates, and compliance docs.
• Present trends and action plans to senior leadership regularly.
