Job summary

RTX has an opening for a Senior Manager, Facilities in the Metro DC Area. The role leads facilities operations across 1.5M+ sq ft, overseeing maintenance, engineering, and sustainability initiatives. You will interact with site leadership and enterprise teams to implement strategies and ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

The position requires 10+ years leading facilities or real estate, strong budget management, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years leading a Facilities/Real Estate organization.
• 10+ years’ experience with financial management of a multi-million-dollar budget.
• 8+ years experience leading cross-functional teams with Contractors.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, maintenance, engineering and sustainability initiatives.
• Execute site level strategies and workplace moves and rearrangements.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Project Delivery Managers to ensure timely, cost-efficient work.
• Ensure a safe, flexible, efficient, and clean workplace.
• Manage day-to-day operations and small demand projects to customer satisfaction.
