Job summary

Church & Dwight is hiring a Senior Facilities Manager to lead hands-on facilities management for the Princeton and Ewing campuses. You will ensure safe, reliable, compliant workplaces and oversee daily operations, vendor performance, and problem resolution.

You will serve as the primary face of Facilities Management, partnering with executives, landlords, contractors, and internal teams to drive capital projects, renovations, and continuous improvements while maintaining strict standards for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate facilities management experience.
• Experience leading multiple office facilities and CapEx projects.
• Experience directing third-party architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, life-safety, accessibility, and contractor safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and service delivery for Princeton and Ewing campuses.
• Act as primary facilities contact for employees, leadership, landlords, and vendors.
• Develop and manage preventive-maintenance plans, service standards, and inspections.
• Manage facility service contracts, bids, budgets, invoices, and schedules.
• Plan and execute CapEx projects from scope to closeout with stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate architectural packages, floor plans, and space-planning concepts.
