Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with commercial or industrial building systems.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire/life safety, and building controls.
• Experience supervising facilities, maintenance, engineering, or janitorial personnel.
• Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, service contracts, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facilities operations and oversee completion of facility requests.
• Serve as the senior technical resource for Facilities Technicians and Janitorial teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire/life safety issues.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, service contracts, vendors, and contractors.
• Review repair/replacement proposals and provide cost-based recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor Facilities Technicians and Janitorial staff.
• Respond to facility emergencies including alarms, outages, and equipment failures.
• Conduct facility inspections and coordinate corrective actions for safety and maintenance.
