Job summary

NY Creates in Albany, NY, is seeking a Project Manager for Facilities and Infrastructure to lead construction, infrastructure upgrades, and new facility development while keeping operations uninterrupted. You will manage budgets, schedules, and design/construction partners, delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

The role requires a BS in Structural Engineering or Architecture with 4+ years in semiconductor facilities, and PMP is a plus. Background check required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field from a college or university accredited by US DOE or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in facilities organization of a major semiconductor manufacturer or supplier to the semiconductor industry
• PMP certification a plus; background check required

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for site construction, including rearrangements and infrastructure upgrades
• Develop concepts, cost estimates, and presentations for NY Creates executive reports
• Manage design and construction contracts with architects and construction managers
• Ensure projects do not disrupt ongoing operations and align with site master plan
• Develop budgets and schedules, monitor dependencies, report status to executives
• Oversee tool hook-up design/build efforts and ensure proper sign-off
