Responsibilities

• Manage daily project activities including scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead business development, proposal preparation and pricing.
• Coordinate engineering team and ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and deliver on client expectations.
• Oversee project closeout, reporting, and invoicing processes.
• Supervise 2-5 staff and mentor junior engineers.
