Formación

• Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning and construction of new and renovation projects to ensure code compliance and efficient space use.
• Review construction documents for constructability and relation to program function.
• Observe on-site work to verify compliance with documents and codes.
• Coordinate with architects, construction managers and contractor field staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Review shop drawings and prepare punch lists.
• Develop and execute Change Proposals and Change Orders.
• Review contractor requisitions and prepare preliminary cost estimates.
• Formulate design and contract documents.
• Coordinate construction activities with hospital operations.
