Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years maintaining facility infrastructure in industrial or R&D environments.
• EPA refrigerant certification and related certifications preferred.
• Experience with HVAC/central plant systems and CMMS management.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analyses for equipment failures.
• Manage CMMS records, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventories.
• Coordinate with contractors for preventive maintenance and capital projects.
• Support energy efficiency and reliability initiatives across facilities.
