Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking a facilities engineer to maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and critical infrastructure across its campuses and labs. You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze system performance with Building Management System data, optimize energy use, and support capital projects. A strong background in HVAC, maintenance planning, and CMMS/Maximo is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 8+ years maintaining commercial/industrial facility systems.
• 5+ years supporting complex HVAC/central plant systems.
• EPA, SMA/CFM or OSHA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical owner for building mechanical, electrical, HVAC and related systems.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize uptime.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analyses and permanent corrective actions.
• Set maintenance priorities for R&D labs, production, and data centers.
• Monitor HVAC performance, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, VAVs, CRACs and related utilities.
• Use BMS data for performance evaluations and optimization.
• Recommend upgrades and infrastructure improvements for reliability and energy efficiency.
• Manage CMMS records, work orders and spare parts with accuracy.
