Qualifications

• Experience in a facilities or maintenance role (min 1 year).
• HVAC system diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for HVAC work.
• EPA certification preferred but not required.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC malfunctions.
• Identify faulty parts and replace them as needed.
