Job summary

Proctor Dealerships is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Technician to perform maintenance and improvement functions for the grounds and buildings under direction of Owner Management. The role includes coordinating outside vendor repair services and ensuring the upkeep of dealership facilities to support customer satisfaction and a safe working environment.

The position requires maintaining tools/equipment, adhering to safety standards, and reporting issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Four (4) to ten (10) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and a clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Care of dealership owned tools, equipment and maintenance vehicle.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Removing debris generated as result of maintenance as necessary.
• Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
