Job summary

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Facilities Representative to support multiple Orange County dealerships. The role includes general building maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry to keep facilities safe and functional.

Travel between dealership locations is required, and a company vehicle is provided. The position requires a minimum of 3 years in commercial building maintenance and strong customer service, reliability and teamwork in a

Qualifications

3+ years of commercial building maintenance experience.
Hands-on experience with general building maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor carpentry).
Ability to troubleshoot and address routine building and equipment maintenance needs.
Ability to travel between dealership locations throughout the Orange County Market.
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Friendliness, enthusiasm and reliability with a team-player attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities
