This full-time role involves electrical, mechanical, interior and exterior upkeep, coordinating with licensed contractors, and keeping thorough records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related trades.
• Broad knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repair.
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and determine cost-effective solutions.
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary go-to resource for facility repairs and maintenance across interior and exterior areas.
• Identify maintenance issues proactively and address them before they escalate.
• Respond promptly to repair requests from department managers and leadership.
• Ensure workspaces, customer-facing areas, and common areas are safe, functional, and well maintained at all times.
• Coordinate with licensed contractors for work requiring permitting or specialized licensing and serve as on-site contact.
