With 3+ years in similar commercial building maintenance, you will oversee tools and safety practices, document activities, and coordinate with building management to keep facilities safe and well-maintained.

Job description

Job Objective: Ensure the optimal functioning and upkeep of the building facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all operational aspects needed for a safe and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform minor repairs and maintenance (painting, plumbing, lighting, etc.) in the building's common areas.
2. Oversee the use of equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good condition and functioning properly.
3. Keep a record of activities and report any damage or additional maintenance needs to building management.
4. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Skilled in working with maintenance tools and safety equipment.

Soft Skills:

• Proactive and able to plan preventive maintenance.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Teamwork and excellent service skills for interacting with building users.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage unexpected tasks.

Previous Experience: 3+ years in similar roles, preferably in commercial building maintenance.
