Job summary

Teague, an independent design consultancy, seeks a Senior Facilities Coordinator (Event Planner) to ensure a seamless workplace experience and flawless events that reflect our client’s mission and culture.

You will own the master event calendar, coordinate on-site resources and vendors, and supervise guest services from high-profile briefings to internal celebrations, matching Teague’s standards of professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field strongly preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or facilities operations.
  • Experience coordinating large events and VIP visits.
  • Advanced proficiency with Mac and PC platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the master event calendar and scheduling systems for Teague and client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate on-site resources, vendors, and team members to deliver flawless events.
  • Manage day-of communications with internal partners, clients, and vendors for smooth execution.
  • Monitor facilities operations, safety procedures, and visitor services to keep the workplace functional.
  • Execute end-to-end event logistics including room setup, AV, catering coordination, and post-event wrap-up.
